Access & Sharing
Your gallery is private and may be accessed only by those you share the link and/or password with. The Photographer is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared links.

Copyright
All images remain the copyright of the Photographer. Images may not be copied, screenshotted, downloaded, altered, or used commercially without permission or purchase.

Downloads & Usage
High-resolution downloads (if included or purchased) are for personal use only. Editing, filters, cropping, or AI alterations are not permitted without written approval.
Watermarked or proof images may be saved and shared as personal keepsakes, but may not be printed, or edited.

No Copying of Prints or Products
Printed products and digital images may not be copied, scanned, or reproduced.

Gallery Expiration
Galleries remain online for a limited time. After expiration, a reactivation fee may apply if you request your gallery to be reopened.

Selections & Favorites
Clients are responsible for selecting favorites, proofs, or included images by the stated deadline. Delayed selections may delay final delivery.

Security
The Photographer uses secure hosting; however, anyone with the gallery link may view the images. Please share responsibly.

Payments
Digital downloads and products must be paid for before full-resolution files are released. Unauthorized downloading or bypassing payment is prohibited.

Platform Issues
The Photographer is not liable for temporary hosting outages, website downtime, or technical issues related to the gallery platform.
